 Turkeys aren't the only ones on the run around Redding on Thanksgiving Day- thousands of locals and visitors will race, walk, and wheel along the river in the 28th Annual SRMC Turkey Trot! The 6 mile race or 2 mile fun run/walk has become a holiday tradition for many families and is a great way to get some fresh air and work up an appetite for The Big Meal. Women gather in the Shasta Cascade region of northeast California each summer to learn how to throw bugs. They're participants in fly fishing programs run just for women at Antelope Creek Ranch on the northeast side of Mt.
