Event Details: Caldwell Youth Triathlon and Health and Fitness Fair

Times: Pre-camp: 10-3pm. Triathlon and Fair: 9am -12pm Starts September 17, 2011

Details: Triathlon for youth ages 5-18 and free Health and Fitness Fair for all ages at Caldwell Park, Saturday, 9/17 from 9-Noon. An event to encourage and promote health and exercise with giveaways, raffle contests, free Zumba, a rock-wall, local businesses involved in health and fitness, including Hermits Hut, performances by the Shasta Skippers and Rock and Dip Dance Studio dancers, and much, much more! Triathlon course lengths vary depending on age. There is a Pre-camp to introduce triathlon and allow practice on the course on Sat. 8/27 and 9/10. Call or come in to the Recreation office to register, or go online, print off the registration form and mail it in. Come for the event, watch and cheer on the participants, and/or come and enjoy the Fair and have fun with the family!
