Details: Two Days of Bike Fun for Kids! A bicycle safety skills rodeo will be held at Turtle Bay School on Saturday, October 6, 9 am – Noon. Kids can get their helmets properly fitted, bicycles checked, practice their bicycle skills and learn safety tips. Event is sponsored by the Shasta Safe Routes to School Program. After taking part in the rodeo, practice your riding skills by taking a short ride on the River Trail to Healthy Shasta's Walk this Way at Turtle Bay! Sunday, October 7th is \"Take A Kid Mountain Biking Day\" at the Swasey Recreation Area. Guided trail rides, booths, prizes and lunch will be provided.
