The Redding Convention and Visitors Bureau offers comprehensive convention services support to all groups holding conventions, trade shows, meetings, and public events in Redding. The Bureau's services team has a unique partnership with our hospitality partners, creating a united approach to assisting you with every facet of your event to ensure it is smooth and hassle-free.

The Redding Convention Services team will coordinate your lodging, registration, spouse programs, VIP receptions, special events, and group tours to area attractions.

Complimentary Event Service Programs include:

• Event Consultation
• Local Business Services - transportation, catering, trade show services, exhibitor services, event photographers, venues, and more.
• Tours and Special Events - recommendations for spouse programs, entertainment, local and regional speakers, group activities, themed parties, and unique venues.
• Transportation Assistance - If your event needs to leave our 39,000 square foot convention center, we offer transportation consultation services and exclusive pricing.
• Facilitate pre-event Site Inspections and Meetings
• Pre-Event Registration Services - All room reservations for your members can be placed through our computerized convention services department, thus eliminating the need to deal with each hotel directly (personalized room reservation forms will be provided at no charge)

We will also work very closely with local clubs and/or committees to provide any input and suggestions in arranging an outstanding convention. Some of these areas would include:

• Obtaining city or county dignitaries to officially welcome your convention to our city at your opening ceremony or meeting
• Drafting and mailing of pre-convention news releases to all area news media 
• Assist in coordinating all meeting functions held either at the convention center or area hotels
