Redding Welcomes Jim Gaffigan: The White Bread Tour

By | 11/22/2013

"Just looked in the mirror and sneezed. Now I'm afraid I might be allergic to handsome."

"Clearly Brussels sprouts are some kind of cruel joke by God."

"Bedtime conversation with my 7 yr old son...
Son: Dad, can you die from eating poop?
Me: I think so, yes.
Son: Uh oh.
Me: Why?
Son: No reason."

"I can't wait to find out what I'll feel horrible about next week."

"I'd shave my head but I don't feel like looking like a potato."

And so it goes, when you're in the company (or on the Twitter feed) of Grammy-nominated, platinum-selling comedian and New York Times bestselling author Jim Gaffigan. And here's your chance to get it live: he's bringing his signature witty and self-deprecating humor to Redding's Civic Auditorium as part of his 50-city national tour: Jim Gaffigan: The White Bread Tour. Gaffigan, a regular on Conan and Late Night with David Letterman, is also often seen on screens big and small and recently starred on Broadway in "That Championship Season" alongside Kiefer Sutherland. Gaffigan's hilarious comedy is a collection of musings on food, parenting, food, body types, being pale, and of course: food. His latest venture, a DRM-free download of his comedy special Mr. Universe, launched April 11th for $5 and was nominated for a Grammy in the Best Comedy Album category. One dollar of each download goes to the Bob Woodruff Foundation, helping wounded servicemen and their families.

Don't miss your opportunity to see the ever-enjoyable Jim Gaffigan LIVE at Redding's Civic Auditorium, December 15th. Tickets are on sale now and would make a great holiday gift for anyone in your life who could use a laugh!
